Love Raymond Lam Fung's Singing at Face in Japan

Finally R.L.F. went to perform his song (DOL subtheme song) and Monica (again) with Ron & Kevin at Tokyo Dome for Face in Japan. I just love his live singing. It's soooo good. All I want to say is I really really want to see him performing that song again. But this time it should be a "full" song. (Although I think it's an OK song, his voice and singing were just superbbb) Go Ray Go!

Wow!! Raymond Lam Fung is going to perform at Tokyo Dome, Japan

Can't believe this. Fung is going to perform something at Tokyo Dome in Japan on August 15th. I really hope I can be there to watch him. Lam Fung wa nihon ni iku. Watashi mo ikitaiiii......

I'm so so excited. getting to wonder now what he's going to do there...

Anyway, I found a news piece from Asianfanatics forum. I think it's supposed to be the same event --> "FACE in Japan Premium Event" at the Tokyo Dome on August 14th and 15th. But the thing is all the artists in the news are from Korea. So what is Fung supposed to be there for? It's more about Korea-Japan culture exchange something.

More info about Japan trip. It seems that Fung will go with Ron & Kevin. Ummm...kinda promotion trip again. i guess so. Just like when they went to Thailand last year.

And the game show that featured Fung will be aired this Friday (July 27). really want to watch it.

Updated news about Raymond Lam Fung

OK. Finally I found out from Baidu forum that someone got to watch Fung's guest performance or just his interview related to that K-Gold advertisement on Young Channel last night (July 24). So I just hope that the clip comes out soon.

I'm actually more excited about his new series project next year. There's rumour that it's going to be something about cops & narcotic story. I think many fans are waiting for him portraying a cop character. I myself don't know why, but I just want to see him as a cop at least once. It's going to be great.

Raymond Lam Fung in the Game Show

Fung went to the Game show on July 22nd. I just wonder when this show will be aired on TV. Anyway, it turned out that he has just started filming the Four Constables series.

I forgot to comment on his first song and MV in his singing career. In my opinion, the song itself is just OK. Perhaps I've heard something better from him before. As for the MV, it is just OK again. Don't know why his starting of his singing career is just OK. EEG, come on! Give something better and get the best out of him. You've got this talented guy already!

Oh! and it is so weird that his guest performance on Young Channel something has been so quiet. It should have already been aired, but no VDO clips have seen...

Raymond Lam Fung's Activities on July 15th

I misunderstood.
Firstly, his MV didn't come out today, but it will be some time during this coming week. So let's wait and see. '
Secondly, one activity today wasn't about Drive of Life. It turned out to be an activity about dancing (or sort of ), with Kate Tsui.
But well, what I have thought is correct because this activity was kinda for promoting his pairing with Kate. I'm so looking forward to their dancing in Miss HK Pageant Contest next weekend!

What I am happy for today is the vest is gone! Yes! Fung didn't wear it in either event. Great. Time for changing.

Raymond Lam Fung & Drive of Life

I've watched Drive of Life (DOL) until about episode 42-43. So far I think Fung has done a great job (as always) in this series. Particularly, all his emotional & crying scenes are really convincing. (Not forgeting that he looks so good in this series...another point that makes this series worth for watching)

The only thing I regret is that less people watch HK drama series nowadays. I think this series is really good in my opinion. Although it is HK style (many people say they don't like this style any more and go for Korean/Taiwanese series), it is a real good series. Each episode has its own interesting point. And the production definitely deserves compliments. Each actor/actress performs so well.

PS. Don't forget to catch more Mr. R.L.F.'s movements on July 15th. a lot more to come. His first MV in his singing career and his promotion events for DOL...

Raymond Lam Fung's New Song Coming Out!!!

Yeah...Finally the new song from Mr. R.L.F. is coming out next week. It's called "愛在記憶中找你". I don't know Chinese, so let's wait for someone translating this song title. Anyway, it's supposed to be the subtheme song for "Drive of Life". I guess so. Let's see if it's true or not. Happily Looking forward to hearing it.



PS. By the way, finally he left his vest at home..This was from the latest promotion event for "Drive of Life" (I don't get why they did this kind of promotion activities. It's plainly nothing there because every actor/actress did nothing in the event. They just came in luxury transports and posed for photography)

Raymond Lam Fung - Update his schedule 2

OK. Now I know that his performance in Miss HK Pageant contest will be on July 21st. Really Looking forward to this one! Feel excited just like before he did tango dance with Kelly in Beijing CNY show.

He's going to have promotion activities for "Drive of Life" on July 15th -- two places on the same day. Let's see what will happen...

Now I'm not sure about Susanna Kwan's concert if it will be in August or September. But it's supposed to be in August because R.L.F should be in China around September..

-->Well, let's update the coming schedule of Raymond Lam Fung and his works...

-From some fans' boards, Mr. R.L.F. will start filming his new ancient-costume series (Four Constables) from tomorrow (July 9th).

-Drive of Life will be aired in HK from July 16th. (of course, this time it'll be in Cantonese and full version with 60 episodes)

- His advertisement work (something about jewelry) will be aired on July 17th on a TV channel in Shanghai. It seems to be something like he's a guest star in that advertising drama..(not really sure about this because of my poor Chinese knowledge)

-I've seen at Yesasia.com that DVD of "New Breath of Love" (mandarin version) will be released on July 27th (through Taiseng company- a kind of asian-series distributors). So check this out!

- Mr. R.L.F. will join Susanna Kwan's concert on August 1st & 2nd. And, as many people already know, he is very likely to sing "Sum Ling" with Linda Chung.

- From a fans' forum, the Cantonese version of "New Breath of Love" will be aired in HK on August 4th.

Other things with no exact dates (because I don't know)...

- Mr. R.L.F. will perform broadway-style dancing (and also singing, I think so) with Kate Tsui in Miss HK Pageant Contest this year. But I just don't know the date 'cause I don't folllow the news about Miss HK Pageant Contest. Anyway, I agree with someone saying that this is a kind of promotion of their pairing for the upcoming series in advance...

- From his fans meeting in Shanghai, it seems he will go to Yunnan, Dali and Kunming for the filming of this new series. That seems to be in September.

Introduction to R.L.F. - Raymond Lam Fung space

We've got myspace at msn. so this is R.L.F. or Raymond Lam Fung - space here....I'm not him. Don't worry.

I've thought for such a long time about blogging about R.L.F. (Raymond Lam Fung). I'm a big fan of R.L.F. of course. Some might say that I'm "honey", but I'm not really sure about that coz, in my opinion, "honey" should be really into him. But I'm not that level yet. Anyway, I'm still his big fan coz I honestly check web boards, forums and etc. about him whenever I have time. It's kinda my hobby.

And I'm so bored today. That's why I start to blog about him...well, I don't want to introduce him coz I expect whoever (except me) reading this blog might be either his fan or his hater (perhaps neutral). Anyway, I expect you to know him already. Yet, I'm not that mean. If you don't know him but want to learn more about him, you can leave a message and I'll reply that.

Why I like him?
- The very first thing that captures my interest in him is his acting, particularly his eyes expression. If you are his fans, you know what I mean.
-His voice & his singing. It's just great. Some may say that his voice is ordinary (I've seen this comment sometimes in the web boards). But for me, the first time when I heard his singing, I was like "wow...this guy has such a mesmerizing voice"..That's it. (So I never offend whoever with different opinions)
-His personality. Honestly, I think he's a guy with very good manner. He also kinda has something elegant in his posture (Perhaps that's why many people including me think he fits so much with ancient costume series. Yet, it's not that he doesn't suit modern series) And he's so nice to his fans. That's what I admire about him. Although I've never met him personally, I believe so. That's from what I've read experiences of loads of fans who have met him personally. (So whoever has met him but thinks differently, I don't want to change your opinions and experiences. My guess is just on that day, R.L.F. might be very busy, sick or tired. It's because people who met him said that he's very nice to all the fans if he's not in those conditions)
- Lastly, his look. I think many people, especially his true fans, might be surprised that his look comes last. But it's true for me. If you are his real fans, you know that his look has changed a lot from the very beginning until now. I like his look a lot in the past few years though. So it comes last for me.

Today's post:


Firstly, if someone who reads this blog by chance happens to know R.L.F., please tell him not to wear vests/waistcoats any more. Please change, Mr. R.L.F. You wear any of them too often recently. (I mean those vests with any colours) It's not that you don't look good with them. It's just too frequent. And I don't mean you to throw them away, Please keep them in your closet for a while and you may wear them again after this like in the next several months.

That's from his fans meeting in Shanghai on July 7th, 2007. I'm impressed a lot about one honey's idea to give him a fan. It really fits him. And it seems he likes it a lot. In my opinion, he is a guy who is so sensitive about heat. However, I'm more curious about his advertisement photography work in Shanghai. From my limited knowledge of Chinese, it's supposed to be something about jewelry. So I just have to wait for the advertisement piece coming out to confirm this.

Secondly, if you (whoever) are his fans like me, you may expect to see his latest news or even movements pretty fast from me coz I get bored quite easily now.


Thirdly, this is just my another random opinion, (I don't know why) R.L.F. is a guy who can wear pink. He looks good with this colour. Not all the guys can wear this colour. Perhaps it's because of his skin colour (it's kinda bronze).
